How long will my order take to arrive?

Personalised items can take from 5 to 14 days. If you require an item sooner please contact me.

How do you ship orders?

I use Royal Mail to ship orders at the checkout you can select Tracked 24 or 48.

I am local can I collect my order?

Yes all customers local to TS5 can choose the pick-up option at the checkout.

When your order is ready it will be available to collect anytime from The Bow Box located at the front of my property with easy access via a code that will be sent to you along with your pick up notification. 

Do you ship world wide?

Unfortunately we only ship within the United Kingdom at the moment. 

Can I return an order?

Items can be returned with in 7 days of receiving them. The item must be in its original form and unused. We will only refund the cost of the item returned price of postage is non refundable.
